Mr. Smith is the founder of GreenRiver BioPharma LLC. Scott has 30 years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry experience. Scott is currently serving as President of BioAtla, a company focused on the development of conditionally active biologics (CABs) for the treatment of solid tumor cancers. Prior to that Mr. Smith was at Biotech leader Celgene. In his ten years at Celgene from 2008-2018 his leadershiprole expanded from Vice President of Global Marketing for Inflammation & Immunology, to Global Head of that division, to President of the Inflammation & Immunology Franchise to his appointment as Celgene’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
